Spamming is the abuse of electronic messaging
systems to send unsolicited bulk messages,which
are almost universally undesired.While the most
widely recognized form of spam is email spam,but
trere are ather kinds of spam like instant messaging
spam, Usenet newsgroup spam, Web search engine
spam, spam in blogs, mobile phone messaging
spam and junk fax transmissions.Previously, spam
messages were largely sent through open mail relays,
Web forms, or other insecure mail systems.

Today, the bulk of spam email today is sent through
home and office computers that have been
infected with computer viruses or spyware written
for the purpose of sending spam. Thus, aside from
the questionable legality of spamming itself, most
spam is sent through criminal means.
